David Deutsch, lead Independent Director of BRANY (the Biomedical Research Alliance of New York), was re-elected as the company’s Treasurer. One of two Independent Directors and the longest serving board member of BRANY — one of the most successful clinical trials, institutional review board, consulting, and distance-learning organizations in the U.S. — Deutsch and his fellow board members have overseen and been instrumental in leading the company through extraordinary growth in scale and company value (organically and via multiple acquisitions), over the last nearly 20 years.
