The ownership group of a long-time client of DNDCo and TheBoardAdvisor (a 9-figure revenue company) suggested that David Deutsch serve as the client’s Acting CEO (should the need arise). Whether that would or should ever happen, the overture was wonderful recognition of TheBoardAdvisor’s and Mr. Deutsch’s role — and value — to the company for many years. From team-building, to strategy, to execution of the Plan, including various transactions along the way, we’ve been there for the company. Not as a “consultant.” But as an ongoing and integral member of the company’s team.
